Configuration Interface

The Chronos RC cars run an embedded firmware that is flashed onto the PCB. Many updates require re-flashing the firmware, but some parameters are easily configurable via a web interface that can be accessed from any device.

Accessing the web interface

The web interface can be accessed whenever the car acts as a Wi-Fi access point (hotspot). To activate it, press the button labeled The button. The access point will also auto-activate whenever the car cannot connect to the currently configured Wi-Fi base station.

Then, the configuration interface can be found at http://192.168.4.1/config.
